My son passed on 6/30/ 2021 . The hospital allows an unauthorized person to authorized a ventilator to be put on my son when he never wanted that. They are withholding medical records from me his mother that is authorized to received it . They allowed his personal belongings to be stolen by a father that my son never lists as next of kin . His wallet and tablet with client Personal information . I filed a report with security and the precincts 19th. They lied about doing autopsy when there Was none .
