Sir I got one connection chirahula gas agenci (distibuter coad no.119000)REWA (M.P.).Once the regulator knob got stuck and on giving extra pressure it had broken but the regulator was not replaced by chirahula gas agenci since 6 month. of regulator issued by previous distributor was not written on the SV issued previously.Checklist for the consumer before receiving SV is nowwhere seen which would have been confirmed.My consumer no. is 2754.MY Contect no. is [protected]
