Replacement product still not shipped after a month

Dyson Canada offered a replacement blow dryer for mine that was malfunctioning. They asked me to ship back the product in a self addressed package that they sent to me. It has been over a month since they received my product and I still do not have a replacement. I have called to their customer service support several times for updates and always getting different info from different agents. I am told that a supervisor will call back but no one does. Finally filed a complaint with the BBB and keeping my fingers crossed. I will never purchase a dyson product again. Just not worth it. User's recommendation: Don't buy!
