I purchased a new Ideapad S145 in March this year from Computer Mania Hermanus Western Cape South Africa. The Y cap flipped off and they all say that I must carry in the computer because the entire key board must be replaced. This is crazy as the 3 component replacement set cost a few dollars. They say I MUST have damaged the key and the warranty is therefore not valid. It's a great Laptop but the key cap is not. The good name of Lenovo is being damaged!!! Kindly advise urgently.
