REPLACEMENT OF 2ND WATER HEATER IN 14 MONTHS

Replacing a 6-month-old water heater. After calling customer service, they said it is a bad control module, and they would send a new one right away. The problem is this replaced the 8-month-old heater for the same reason. Escalated to a top supervisor and going to return and get our money back and purchase a totally different brand. There is a definite problem of quality and not worth the hassle to replace in another six months. User's recommendation: never buy another Richmond.
