REPLACEMENT LENSE

I PURCHASED A REPLACEMENT LENSE FOR MY EYEGLASSES ON 01/09/2019 AT PEARLE VISION , 8134 LIBERTY RD, WINDSOR MILL MD. I WAS TOLD IT WOULD TAKE 2-5 BUSINESS DAYS. I HAVE CALLED SEVERAL TIMES. THEY HAVE GIVEN ME WRONG PHONE NUMBERS TO CALL CORPORATE OFFICE TO COMPLAIN. I HAD TO LOOK ON LINE TO GET PHONE NUMBER. THE LENSE IS PAID FOR. THEY HAVE GIVEN ME SEVERAL EXCUSES WHY IT'S NOT BACK YET. AS OF TODAY 01/18/19 I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY LENSE. I HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO TALK TO ANYONE AT CORPORATE. I NEED MY GLASSES AND I DON'T THINK THEY CARE. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANY ONE. I HAVE HAD THESE EYEGLASSES LESS THAN A YEAR AND THE LENSE IS SCRATCHED UP TERRIBLE. THEY COST ME $500. SEEMS LIKE GETTING YOUR MONEY IS WHAT'S IMPORTANT TO THEM. POOR BUSINESS, BUT THAT'S HOW WE LEARN. STAY AWAY FROM PEARL VISION 8134 LIBERTY ROAD. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL....
