Replacement for Charger

Hi, I bough the "20W USB-C Power Adapter, Luxos Compatible with iPhone 12 Wall Charger PD 3.0 Type C Fast Adapter, Compitible with iPhone 12 Mini/12/12 Pro/12 Pro Max," on Amazon that was delivered to me on April 22, 2021. The order number is Order# 408-003****-824****. The charger worked for some time but stopped working a few days back. It is still under warranty. How can I get the product replaced? User's recommendation: I have not even received a response from them. I do not think that the charger will ever get replaced.
