Replacement Bluetooth/ Radio unit

Having been a customer of Vauxhall for well over 20 years, and having been 1st owners of Astra(15 plate)& Insignia grand sport( 67 plate) from Arnold Clark, Morecambe, and indeed very recently purchasing a Grandland xx for my daughter,I am somewhat disappointed in the service received following the identification of the need for a replacement Bluetooth unit on 5/11/2020, after I drew it to the garage's attention that whilst I could hear callers speaking to me, they could not hear me!! The matter being drawn to their attention when vehicle was last serviced! I was informed that owing to the pandemic,there may be a slight delay in receipt of replacement part, but was ordered whilst under warranty. 4 months on , and I am still waiting to hear from the garage to confirm receipt/ arrange for fitting, despite me chasing on several occasions, rather than the garage keeping me updated!!! Whilst I acknowledge delays are bound to be incurred, the timescale is somewhat excessive despite pandemic circumstances,& has deprived me of using a valuable tool safely whilst motoring for the last 4 months!! I should be grateful therefore if you would acknowledge receipt of this message, and confirm that you will follow up this issue at the earliest convenience, and update me accordingly.
