Kingsdown Malbec, had it one month: springs began to push against fabric at side of pillowtop, sag developed in the center of this full size mattress IN ONE MONTH. First three weeks, horrible pain! now a replacement Meritage (these are both made specially for MattressFirm). It's supposed to be "softer', doesn't feel that way to me. I'm giving this thing one month. If it develops the same coil problem and "dip" it's going back. I don't trust this thing will last more than two years at most and $4000 is A LOT OF MONEY. I User's recommendation: Look for something else, this thing is too expensive and it has enormous flaws, brand new.
