Dear sir We bought a ticket for me and wife , copy of our ticket is enclosed . We didnt use the return ticket because Turkish air line confirmed and cancelled our return ticket more than 12 times , We didnt have no chose but to find alternative flight back. We are requesting from you to refund the amount of our ticket as soon as possible . I dont wish to get involved with legal proceeding and I hope you can resolve our satiation as soon as possible .
