REPAIRS OF A PEUGEOT 303

On 15 December 2011 above mentioned Peugeot was booked in at Peugeot Nelspruit for an Engine light that was on and oil leakages. They informed us that they have to order a computer box that is faulty. It was booked in for Luna Spares Nelspruit. The total amount for this repair was R11,272.30. This was paid in cash on the receipt of the car on 23 January 2012. We bought this vehicle for our Grand daugther for University. On 10 Feb 2012 I took the vehicle so that the batery does not run flat, only to discover it still has the oil leakage as well as the engine light came on again. I took the vehicle back to Peugeot Nelspruit. Since yesterday I phoned them, only with promises that they will phone me back with a verdict. Today I drove personally to Peugeot Nelspruit only to hear they did not have time to look at the vehicle. I must say a person cannot complaint about Service delivery as there is none. Is this how they treat a customer. I mean R11,272 is not little money. Where can a person report such a poor service.
