Boxes destroyed along with some content 2.Water facet in kitchen not working, replaced months later with a plastic one that does stay tight will eventually break. 3.Garage door will not close 4.Garage door will not open 5.Electrical wiring switches in the wall socket wont stay on/short. I am constantly replacing light bulbs, 6.Ceiling fan wont work 7.Outside sign number light fixture short, I replaced bulbs twice User's recommendation: Don't use them for rent or purchase.
