Repair request & vehicle release

2

I purchased a 2018 Nissan Rouge on 3/10/20 just days before COVID lockdown started. There was a minor chip on the roof that needed to be touched up with paint. When we picked up the vehicle the paint codes were not available. We were given a Repair Request & Vehicle Release form with the description of the repair needed. It is dated 3/10/20 and when I accepted the document for repair I asked if there was an expiration date on the service due to what we could see of COVID coming. Hunter, our contact at the Lexington, KY CarMax said there was no expiration date. I called to make an appointment but had to leave a message due to being shutdown due to the pandemic. I finally was able to schedule an appointment for Dec 10, 2020. My husband took the vehicle to the Lexington location and after sitting for a long time was told that it would need to go to the body shop and a new appointment was needed. I scheduled for February 2021 but ended up contracting COVID and was in quarantine and had to cancel the appointment. I was finally able to reschedule in July and was told that my work order was too old. I asked to talk to the service manager but had to leave a message. I never heard from anyone. I need to get this issue resolved.
