Rep filed wrong dispute/ horrible customer service

I have currently been passed around for over 3 hours from reps passing the buck . Original dispute was done wrong by original rep. I have waited weeks and credit issued was wrong as well. I called immediately along with several other times along with emails sent. I have been hung up on and told I have to wait for another dispute to be put in to cover the mess already created. In the mean time I have had phones disconnected etc. due to this. I will not wait any longer for resolution. I have filed with BBB as well. I have the emails, calls along with you guys have recorded calls. Again I will continue to go above if I do not get immediate resolution.
