Renter is a nightmare

Our neighborhood has been a peaceful, safe neighborhood for 20+ years. However, that has all changed since Invitation rented a home in our neighborhood. There are several adults living in the single family residence. 6-8 cars in the driveway at any given time. Trash cans overflowing. This weekend, there was a DRIVE-BY SHOOTING at the renter home. A freaking DRIVE-BY SHOOTING. We are frightened for our safety. Prior to the shooting, complaints have been made to Invitation, all to no avail.
