Rent a car issues – urgent!

Hello, we have an issue with the car which we already rent and paid. We found out that we have no any credit Card which is needed to rent a car, we would like to know if we can get the money back or immediately we are able to rent a car without the credit Card. Thank you in advance, Michaela
