My name is Sivakumar R Pillai. My son was using Renna service more than 5 years. Now he is in india, due to airport closed, he could not come to Oman. He send the mobile sim to me through courier service from India to Oman. I tried to activate the number, it is not active. So I called customer service, they checked my number and he told me that, they gave to other customer. They deleted the number in March. I told him, there was credit balance, then replied that credit also cancelled. As long as there is credit balance, they should not resell the number, if they want to do some action, they should block the number, once the customer try to use that number they should contact customer service to activate.
