YOUR RENEWAL IS A JOKE! I initally signed up in 2018 and it was only supposed to be for the one year. Today is appears I was charged EACH SUBSEQUENT YEAR. According to your operator you auto-renew! If this is the case why would you have a pop up asking if one wants to renew!! this message is very deceptive as it gives the impression that you have an option. Microsoft on my computer protects my email just fine ---oh and ITS FREE!!! STOP SCAMMING PEOPLE!
