Purchased a bed from Houzz (manufactured by Sleep and Play USA, not made in the USA). Complete garbage. The support beams bowed under the weight of my 6-year-old, raw wood gave him several splinters, the trundle didn't match and wasn't wide enough to support a twin mattress. After many emails and calls, I've been given a 50% refund. The manufacturer stated the trundles are always this way, and offered a $106 refund. Agents were apologetic and understanding, but obviously this is a crap resolution. User's recommendation: Steer clear of both Houzz and Sleep and Play USA.
