Portfolio Recovery Associates called my cell phone looking for someone with same name when I told them wrong number and my private cell phone, he said the persons last 4 of social is XXXX I was in complete shocked and I told him I wish I did know that person so I could inform them your giving out the last 4 of their social to a complete stranger... along with the name of the debt as well, as talking about the debt, as I kept telling him wrong person and wrong number. Isn't that not allowed to do?? I was completely amazed he thought that was ok...unbelievable.
