Rejected and blocked without explanation

Received a message saying my account was suspended for violation of policy (sending product data from a print-on-demand Shopify store). Google Ads Support at first told me to fix one thing, then when it was still rejected, they refused to give any more support. They claim they escalated it to another account manager, but that led to nothing. Over the course of 3 weeks I spent countless hours in touch with Support, but they point blank refused to tell me what the violation was, or how to fix it. Eventually, I closed the shop and shut down the brand. There were other external problems too (e.g. Facebook), but without Google Ads, the business was a non-starter. 4 months of my business life and thousands of dollars wasted, because of an unwillingness to help fix an issue that bots flagged, and humans declined to investigate. User's recommendation: Find another outlet for your ads; you never know when they'll block you.
