Register post acknowledgement card not received till date

I sent Register Post on 08.01.2021 at anakaputhur(600 070) to theni(625531) till now ididnt receive acknowlegdement .. From Address : Ramnagar south, Madipakkam- 91. with acknowledgement card only i sent register post. My receipt number for tracking No: RT314726241IN Kindly track and get me acknowledgement form. When tracking it shows delivered to person but i need acknowlegement to submit in court. In tracking it shows some where in virudhachalam. Please help me to get a acknowledgement.
