Regarding the job being offered in dharamshala is it legit as its asking for some fees

Actually I have been getting calls about the job vacancy in Dharamshala, but they are asking me some sort of fees and if I pay the fees I have got the job and I need not give any kind of interviews. I just want to know how legit it is as, I have tried calling customer care, but it never passes through.
