Regarding smart yard test timing

This is my second incident with galadhari. I booked smart yard test two times without asking they are changing schedule and receiving message for different time shedule. For attending the test taking leave from the company and once came again different timing. Without informing changing schedule and need to wait long time for the test. If I approach the consult team from them very bad experience also need to face very poor customer service.
