Respected sir/Madam, I am Utpal Ghosh my train ticket booking Surat to Siuri has been cancelled on 01.06.2021 My refund amount makes Rs. 3850/- but I have received instant refund in go cash+ Rs 771 only Rs 3079 still pending. It's already been 1 month and 12 days but I haven't received my refund amount yet, so what is the status of my rail ticket cancellation refund amount Rs 3079. Kindly check and refund me.
