DEAR SIR/MADAM MY FATHER DLIP KUMAR GHOS MRN [protected] IS UNDER TREATMENT AT NARAYANA SUPER SPECIALITY HOSPITAL ANDUL, HOWRAH . I MADE A CALL FROM [protected] AT 2.45 PM approx in [protected] ON 01/7/21 .They told me that TPA department is busy at that time .I should call after few time .I called again FROM [protected] AT 5.10 PMapprox in [protected] and told the customer care executive to transfer the call to TPA department .They told me TPA department is closed we cannot transfer .I have seen the employees of TPA dept stay in office upto 6-6.30PM and sometimes beyond that .I need to inquire about a approval for my fathers chemo treatment . As we d onot stay in kolkata we tried to contact them via telephone .Inspite of several request to the customer care executive she did not tried to transfer the call rather she cut the call .This is complete unexpected form group like narayana .
