Bud's RV/Cascade Distributing is destroying our dream of vacationing this summer in a fifth wheel. We put almost our entire savings of $6000 down on a large Fifth Wheel, because of a dispute with their *** bookkeeper, our registration is not being process, and we are being prevented from being able to use the fifth wheel for vacation and travel as Oregon allows only one trip permit per year. Fortunately for us, even though our summer is ruined, by law they do have process the transfer by 30 days for Oregon, and fortunately, even though I am miles away I am an attorney and know how to go after these jerks the very day after the timeline expires for them to comply with the statute. Really sucks how they treat good people. Went there because I have law school student loans and cannot get traditional financing for recreational toys. Wish I had never set foot on their lot. They were also suppose to have it cleaned, it was not, and check working parts, which i am sure did not happen, cannot check a water pump when the water tank is empty, which it is. Horrible, shady business. My husband checked with Oregon DMV on Friday, and they have not received anything yet for our registration, even though Cascade told us on August 3rd that they took care of it. Liars. Don't go there, spread the word.
