Refusing to refund my tickets with proof of Authorization Refund Code from Airlines

Withholding my refund since Sept 2020. Has given me the run around. I have been sent to numerous agents and departments, I did the investigation for myself by calling SATA Airlines who sent me their emails to ASAP airlines Sept 21 and Sept 28 with the authorization codes to refund my tickets prior to the Year expiration Jan 24 2021. Now that my refund is expired, ASAP airlines continues to jerk me around. $1045.00 User's recommendation: ASAP Tickets are scammers.
