Ordered some shoes from www.midwestsports.com and size was incorrect. So I contacted support and asked for a refund. They asked me to send the shoes back and I did as they said. After they received them back they contacted me and offered a 50% refund. I told that I want a full refund and they said that it was not possible since the shoes were already used! I only opened the box and tried them on only once! What a ridiculous company! They said that if I wouldn't have opened the box then a full refund would have been possible. So and how was I supposed to find out that shoes were too small, by just looking at them or what? Not to mention that there was a correct size written on the box! Avoid this scam!
