Refuse to refund my money although it was due the staff fault where I have medical condition

I am an old customer over ten years in vlcc They hve my medical history I M on slimming program already Prerna offered me miso therapy I met the center doctor and explained the protNd asked about my case I didn't join the program due to COVID-19 Recently Prerna again asked me to join They gave offer and chased me to pay online I paid on 2/3/2021 I came to take session and met mew doctor she asked my history and said I am not fit for this service because I am suffering from Rheumatoid arthritis and on medication I asked them to refund money as this is not my mistake Till date, they are keeping me in circles and not sending void bill Please proceed with the refund orelse will file complaint in DHA as well as customer rights in Dubai Municipality
