Refuse to refund deposit on cancelled cruise.

I am in shock that Princess Cruises will not refund our 10% deposit on a cruise that has bee cancelled. We cancelled when the first option to do so was sent to us, obviously because of the Covid-19. Since then that particular cruise, and all of the rest coming up, were cancelled and yet they refuse to refund our money because it was still "scheduled" at the time they were refunding fares, minus the deposit. As self-employed seniors, this is a hardship now and we could really use that $541 to pay bills! Does anyone know if there is a class action suit by all of us who have been denied our money vs. a "credit" for a cruise in the next year? User's recommendation: Never book with Princess, they have absolutely no scruples when it comes to your lost money when they cancell your trip.
