DON'T EVER USE THIS COMPANY! Paid of my Auto, TD Finance had cleared the payoff. Called them explained I was selling and needed Release of Lien ASAP to not lose sale. TD said Policy was to mail 7 to ten days after Pay Off, which was to late for sale. After much haggling TD promised to fax a number I supplied, but several days later no fax. Called TD, they said not faxed but mailed. This is still too late for sale, asked to fax as promised, TD Finance refused to fax even though I would lose sale. Absolutely horrible Company to deal with. They file lien same day you buy a vehicle, but take 10 to 21 days to supply Lien Release. I would call this unethical. Absolutely Lousy Customer (Disservice) User's recommendation: Never ever use TD Auto Finance, as they do not have any regard for the customer.
