I paid $999 on 2-Dec-2017 for a 5 year "Multi-Shield Protection Plan" administered by "Innovative Aftermarket Systems, LP" in Austin, TX. The plan covers replacement keys and they are refusing to replace my key because they now say I have to prove in writing (an invoice) that I got 2 keys with my car. Even though the Contract has an Authorized Dealer's Signature stating 2 keys were provided. This is my only claim.aVOID User's recommendation: DONT BUY the Multi-Shield Protection Plan!
