Refusal to compensate cost of broken item

Original review updated by user May 19, 2021 This is a review for Qxpress SingaporeI bought a French Press from Carousell and arranged for the item to be picked up via Qxpress. Item was picked up as per normal and delivered but the item was broken. Sent an email asking for compensation for the cost of the item...
