Refusal to compensate and refund

Made money transfer 8/2/2021. Xoom never completed transaction just sent to their partner. Then cancelled after 3 weeks and now xoom REFUSE to respond to paypals many requests to release my refund from being witheld. Leaving me with no money for a month. Called many times but never answered. Only get auto response emails. Totally angry at this. I need compensation. User's recommendation: Be careful. It has made me scared to use this once great service. Very poor customer service.
