I have a Kawasaki Tool for which I am attempting to locate a part. All I've got from Kawasaki, after waiting for an hour is to try another number and wait for them to call back. Instead, all I got was leave a message and we'll call you back, but no one ever called. What a sham organization! User's recommendation: Try a more reputable and respectful organization for your purchases.
