Refund takes forever

I booked excursions and then two weeks later I cancelled them, after 6 weeks I am still waiting for my refund. That is you know what, if you book something they charge your card right away, so the refund should only take two weeks. User's recommendation: Dont cruise NCL we are having a hard time getting a refund.
