Website advertised couture gown available in many sizes. Ordered a very expensive gown, when it showed up it was way too small, not the size according to the size chart. Contacted customer service immediately and asked for a bigger size as a return. Was told their website was wrong and dress not available in larger size, but they would check. Nothing mentioned about the need to return dress within 3 days. Sent dress back and they refused to exchange as it was longer than three days for them to let me know what sizes were available. Took several months to get original dress back, as they sent it to the wrong address, and charged me shipping each time. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE< RUDE<LIE AVOID this merchant
