Ive submitted a request through your site twice in regards to my order# 1859**** for the Lil ray of sunshine palette I received broken...it have been a week and I have not received a response. All I asked was for a replacement but with this poor customer service I wish for a refund for that palette which was roughly $10. Next I will be forced to report this company to the BBB
