Refund on incorrect billing
Good day... on 17th of December 2021 i purchased an airlink ticket via edreams for the 21st of December 2021 from Harare Zimbabwe to Johanesburg South Africa. The price displayed on the screen was R3103 and that is what i authorised for, only to have R4570 deducted from my account.. I contacted Edreams and they said its the airlines fault as they can change price anytime, that i understand but if there is a price change aint i supposed to be informed especially that i was in the process making a payment. I contacted the airline and they say they dont change agent prices, hence edreams is liable to the price change. How do i go about it?
