We bought 2 tickets to see Hermans Hermits and concert was canceled because of covid 19 - concert was rescheduled and we do NOT intend to go because it is still not safe for us to attend with covid numbers still rising. requesting a full refund on the tickets. User's recommendation: hard to connect with you to resolve issues.
