I left a message on March 15 and got a call on March 17 from Denise in the DTA Hero office. She said that they received their bundle of money from Riverside County Tax Assessors office in January and I would not get my refund for over payment until April. I was originally told March. I told her that is crazy and why does it take so long to refund. She explained that they receive the bundled money, hold it and issues checks when there is enough to warrant that process. 6 months to get my refund and I paid these jerks off in October 2020. They need to be put out of business and I hope the pending lawsuits do just that. The masses need to know what a scam business this it. User's recommendation: Don't do it.
