Refund of cancelled order

I ordered an item from this store on May 1, 2021. Eighteen days later it still hadn't shipped. I noticed on the original order confirmation that it would ship "by 6/25/21." That was too long to wait so I cancelled the order via email. Heard nothing back after a week so I called their customer service line. They cancelled the order (I assume) but said I'd have to wait "30 days for the refund." Funny, they took my money immediately but now I have to wait to get it back. User's recommendation: Feel Good Store should change their name to "Not Feeling Good Store".
