Dear Carnival, We hope you are well. As you are aware, we are currently going through a global crisis due to the COVID-19 pandemic, which has forced us all to stop our daily activities and those planned in the short term. Even more so in our case, since I am classified by the health system of my country as a person at risk for suffering high blood pressure and suffered two heart attacks in prrvious years. Therefore, it would be fatal for me to expose myself to the contagion of COVID-19 on a trip / cruise. In this sense, considering the serious crisis, my health riak and that the immobilization measures imposed by the Government of my country make it impossible for us to carry out the cruise whose data can be found in the image attached to the present email. Consequently, we request a refund of the money, to the same account from where the payment was made. Please, we ask you to confirm our request and send the proof of the bank transfer for the reimbursement of the total amount paid (USD 817.28 US dollars) to the email Lorenamontenegro12@***.com as soon as possible.
