I'm an E-Z pass customer and I got a 50$ fine since my account wasn't working at the time and I tried to call them about it and I had to hold on the phone for an hour and was hung up on. This happened multiple times and they also have no email to reach them at so I was forced to pay a fine I couldn't dispute and I feel like they take money from people with fines that you can't dispute.
