Refund not payed

My flight got canceled on the 14th of March of 2021 with TAP. After having to call many and many times, waiting on the line for hours (and loosing money with all the calls) I still got nothing on my account, but a promisse of "a refund will be in your account very soon". This is unacceptable. I am waiting for 5 months and although Opodo said they asked the ,oney back from the Flight operator and didn't get it, that's not my problem. I booked with them to have the piece of mind that they would do the work for me as a booking operator. I feel unheard, disrespected and unvalued as a customer. I want my money back! This is a right, not something I need to keep chasing and begging for. User's recommendation: Just choose to buy directly sith the company. This is a third part that instead of facilitating communication, will stuck on the way.
