Refund not issued.

I returned a flat iron with the shipping label Lange provided within the time limit specified. Ive been given the run around ever since. One email says I will get my refund. The next one says my return was cancelled but def NOT BY ME! Currently Im with zero product &;;; no money. This is ridiculous! User's recommendation: Don’t ever expect a refund!
