We booked a flight to Viena. Edreams site first showed a price of 800 for 2 people and upon payment it switched to 1500, and we had already hit the payment button!! How is this possible???? Total scam, fraudulent company. We immediately cancelled the flights and started the refund proceedings. Now of course everything is being made difficult for us, and we are still due 1000 of the 1500 euros (Austrian Airlines, one way amsterdam to viena, on the 23rd of July). Can you please be correct, and refund us?
