The room was damp, not clean and disgusting smelling. There was mold/mildew on the carpets and walls, there were someone else's black hairs in the white sheets when we pulled back the covers and it smelled awful of smoke and it was supposed to be a non-smoking property. I have multiple pictures of these issues. Needless to say we did not stay, we drove home in the middle of the night. The hotel told us to call Expedia for the refund and that is what I did. When I called Expedia to request a refund, they told me the hotel manager was not responding to them and the hotel manager told me Expedia never called him. I called multiple times to both the hotel manager and Expedia and got nowhere. I expect that Expedia would give a refund in this type of situation and also not promote this business on their site.
