I ordered 2 scrapers on November 26, 2018. I received 2 cheap, flimsy circles, which do not work on icy windshields, as advertised. This is false advertisement. Next, my checking account has been charged on the 27th of each month, starting with December, 2018. No one answers the telephone so I can talk to someone about this issue. I emailed my complaint. I have learned today that this company states the $9.95 is for a membership to the VIP Auto and the money is deducted from my checking account automatically. For what? I did not sign up for this VIP Auto thing and did not receive any email from this company letting me know my account would be charged each month. I want this company to cancel all payments, cancel all memberships, and refund all the money taken. Please, do the right thing and refund all money to my checking account. The BBB has been notified.
